UP-99-16 <br /> <br />Beginning at a point 650.70 feet east <br />of the intersection of Portsmouth <br />Boulevard and Hodges Manor Road along <br />the southern right-of-way of Portsmouth <br />Boulevard; thence 307.31 feet <br />S77'38'00"E to a point; thence 354.19 feet <br />S7'53'16'E to a point; thence 351.93 feet <br />N 77'39'00"W to a point; thence 171.47 <br />feet N6'21'00"E to a point; thence 65.18 <br />feet N45,08'00W to a point; thence 126.85 <br />feet N10'05'00"E to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br />That this use permit is approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) The occupancy of the childcare center shall be limited to no more than one <br />hundred eighty-six (186) children. <br /> <br />(b) The age range of the children shall be from three (3) to twelve (12) years <br />of age. <br /> <br />(c) Indoor hours of operation shall be limited to the hours between 6:30 a.m. <br />to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. <br /> <br />(d) The outdoor play area shall be enclosed with a fence, at least four (4) feet <br />in height. No more than one hundred twenty-five (125) children may <br />occupy the play area at one time. <br /> <br />(e) Outdoor play hours shall be limited to the hours between 8:00 a.m. and <br />6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />(f) The applicant must maintain twenty-three (23) on-site parking spaces for <br />staff and drop off/pick up of students. <br /> <br />(g) The center shall comply with the submitted site plan (Exhibit A). <br /> <br />(h) The center shall submit to all required inspections by the City's Fire <br />Prevention Bureau, Public Health Department and Building Official. <br /> <br />(i) The applicant shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances and regulations <br />of federal, state and local governments and shall obtain and maintain in effect all <br />necessary licenses and permits. <br /> <br /> <br />
