UP-99-18 <br /> <br />Beginning at the south west intersection of Maupin Avenue and <br />Appomatox Avenue; thence in a westerly direction 300' to the point of <br />beginning; thence in a southerly direction 125' to a point; thence in a <br />westerly direction 100'; thence in a northerly direction 125'; thence in a <br />easterly direction 125' to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />That this use permit is approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) The occupancy of the Family Day Home facility shall be limited to <br />no more than twelve (12) children. <br /> <br />(b) The age range of the children shall be from newborn to twelve (12) <br />years of age. <br /> <br />(c) Indoor hours of operation shall be limited to between 6:00 a.m. to <br />6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Outdoor play hours shall be limited to <br />between 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />(d) The outdoor play area shall be enclosed with a fence, at least four <br />(4) feet in height. No more than twelve children shall be allowed within <br />the fenced play area at any time. <br /> <br />(e) The applicants shall maintain four (4) off-street parking spaces for <br />the facility, one of which shall be a handicapped parking space. <br /> <br />(f) The facility shall comply with the submitted floor plan and the <br />submitted site plan on file in the Division of Planning and Zoning offices. <br /> <br />(g) The parking lot shall be appropriately landscaped as approved by <br />the Division of Planning and Zoning. <br /> <br />(h) The facility shall submit to all required inspections by the City's <br />Fire Prevention Bureau, Public Health Department and Building Official <br />and shall correct any deficiencies noted. <br /> <br />(i) The applicants shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances, <br />and regulations of federal, state and local governments and shall obtain <br />and maintain in effect all necessary licenses and permits. <br /> <br />(j) All taxes and fees relating to the property or the proposed operation shall <br />be paid when due. <br /> <br /> <br />
