UP-99-18 Beginning at the south west intersection of Maupin Avenue and Appomatox Avenue; thence in a westerly direction 300' to the point of beginning; thence in a southerly direction 125' to a point; thence in a westerly direction 100'; thence in a northerly direction 125'; thence in a easterly direction 125' to the point of beginning. That this use permit is approved subject to the following conditions: (a) The occupancy of the Family Day Home facility shall be limited to no more than twelve (12) children. (b) The age range of the children shall be from newborn to twelve (12) years of age. (c) Indoor hours of operation shall be limited to between 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Outdoor play hours shall be limited to between 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (d) The outdoor play area shall be enclosed with a fence, at least four (4) feet in height. No more than twelve children shall be allowed within the fenced play area at any time. (e) The applicants shall maintain four (4) off-street parking spaces for the facility, one of which shall be a handicapped parking space. (f) The facility shall comply with the submitted floor plan and the submitted site plan on file in the Division of Planning and Zoning offices. (g) The parking lot shall be appropriately landscaped as approved by the Division of Planning and Zoning. (h) The facility shall submit to all required inspections by the City's Fire Prevention Bureau, Public Health Department and Building Official and shall correct any deficiencies noted. (i) The applicants shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, state and local governments and shall obtain and maintain in effect all necessary licenses and permits. (j) All taxes and fees relating to the property or the proposed operation shall be paid when due.
