UP-O0-14 <br /> <br /> Beginnmg at a point 322'+ west of the intersection of West <br />Norfolk Road and the Norfolk, Franklin and Danville Railway; <br />thence, in a westerly direction 610'+ to a point; thence, m a <br />northerly direction 242'+ to a point; thence, in an easterly direction <br />391'+ to a point; thence, in a southerly direction 146'+ to a point <br />of the beginning. <br /> <br />3. That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) The project shall be constructed in accordance with the submitted site and <br />landscaping plans, as approved, identified as Exhibit A and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />(b) The project shall be constructed in accordance with the submitted bnilding <br />elevation, as approved, identified as Exhibit B and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />(c) All signage must receive design approval from the Director of Community <br />Quality and Planning Services prior to on-site placement. <br /> <br />(d) Additional landscaping shall be provided along the perimeter of the parking area <br />and must be approved prior to application for or issuance of a building permit <br /> <br />(e) Hours of operation shall be limited to between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. <br /> <br />(f) The facility shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local codes, <br />ordinances and regulations, and the applicant shall obtain and maintain in effect all <br />necessary licenses and permits. <br /> <br />(g) Ail taxes and fees on the subject property and operation shall be paid when due. <br /> <br />(h) There shall be no sales of single containers of beer or matt liquor. <br /> <br /> 4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may <br />serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City Council. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at meeting held on <br />September 26, 2000. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
