UP-99-15 <br /> <br /> Beginning at the northeast comer of Seventh Street and <br />Lincoln Street; thence, in a northerly direction 610'+ to a point; <br />thence, in an easterly direction 480'+ to a point; thence, in a <br />southerly direction 580'+ to a point; thence, in a westerly direction <br />700'+ to a point of the beginning. <br /> <br />3. That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) The project shall be constructed in accordance with the submitted site plan, <br />identified as Exhibit A and attached hereto. <br /> <br />(b) The proposed project shall be constructed in accordance with the submitted floor <br />plans, identified as Exhibits B-1 and B-2, and the submitted elevations, identified as <br />Exhibits C-1 and C-2, attached hereto. <br /> <br />(c) All landscaping shall be established and maintained in accordance with Chapter <br />36. Article III, of the City Code and Section 40-71.2 of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />(d) All activities on the site shall be conducted in compliance with the Section 24-255 <br />of the City Code pertaining to noise. <br /> <br />(e) The facility shall comply with ail applicable federal, stme, and local codes, <br />ordinances and regulations and the.applicant shall obtain and maintain in effect all <br />necessary licenses and permits. <br /> <br />(f) All taxes and fees in connection with the subject property and operation shall be <br />paid when due. <br /> <br /> 4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may <br />serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City Council. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at meeting held on <br />September 26, 2000. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
