UP-O0-13 <br /> <br /> Beginning at the southwest corner of North Street and Crawford <br />Parkway; thence, in a westerly direction 33'+/- to a point; thence, in a <br />southerly direction 88'+/- to a point; thence, in an easterly direction 33'+/- <br />to a point; thence, in a northerly direction 88'+/- to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />3. That this use permit is approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) The facility shall be operated in accordance with the provisions governing the <br />operation of bed and breakfast facilities contained in Section 40-52.7 of the City Code. <br /> <br />(b) The facility shall further be operated in accordance with Exhibit A, attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof. Exhibit A shall consist of Attachment A to the <br />Application for a Use Permit filed by the applicants. <br /> <br />(c) The facility shall have no more than four guest bedrooms. <br /> <br />(d) All exterior additions mad alterations, including signage, must be reviewed and <br />approved by the Commission of Architectural Review prior to construction or <br />installation. <br /> <br />(e) Prior to requesting a certificate of occupancy, the applicants must obtain <br />designation by the City Traffic Engineer of six off-street parking spaces in the North <br />Street public parking lot adjacent to 201 North Street for the facility's use. <br /> <br />(f) All taxes in connection with the proposed facility and the subject property shall be <br />paid when due. <br /> <br />(g) The facility shall comply with all other applicable federal, state, and local codes, <br />ordinances and regulations and shall obtain and maintain in effect alt necessary licenses <br />and permits. <br /> <br />(h) In accordance with Section 40-52.7 (13) of the City Code, the use permit shall not <br />be tmnsferable. <br /> <br /> 4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may <br />serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
