UP-O0-13 Beginning at the southwest corner of North Street and Crawford Parkway; thence, in a westerly direction 33'+/- to a point; thence, in a southerly direction 88'+/- to a point; thence, in an easterly direction 33'+/- to a point; thence, in a northerly direction 88'+/- to the point of beginning. 3. That this use permit is approved subject to the following conditions: (a) The facility shall be operated in accordance with the provisions governing the operation of bed and breakfast facilities contained in Section 40-52.7 of the City Code. (b) The facility shall further be operated in accordance with Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Exhibit A shall consist of Attachment A to the Application for a Use Permit filed by the applicants. (c) The facility shall have no more than four guest bedrooms. (d) All exterior additions mad alterations, including signage, must be reviewed and approved by the Commission of Architectural Review prior to construction or installation. (e) Prior to requesting a certificate of occupancy, the applicants must obtain designation by the City Traffic Engineer of six off-street parking spaces in the North Street public parking lot adjacent to 201 North Street for the facility's use. (f) All taxes in connection with the proposed facility and the subject property shall be paid when due. (g) The facility shall comply with all other applicable federal, state, and local codes, ordinances and regulations and shall obtain and maintain in effect alt necessary licenses and permits. (h) In accordance with Section 40-52.7 (13) of the City Code, the use permit shall not be tmnsferable. 4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City Council.
