R-O0-1 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO RELEASE A PUBLIC <br />UTILITY EASEMENT ON PROPERTY OF THE MOUNT CALVARY BAPTIST <br />CHURCH. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the City <br />manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to release, vacate and convey to the Mount Calvary <br />Baptist Church a public utility easement described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> All that public utility easement shown and designated as "EXISTING PUBLIC <br />UTILITY EASEMENT HEREBY VACATED (AREA = 6,920 S.F. OR 0.159 AC.) <br />on that certain plat entitled: "PLAT SHOWING PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT <br />BEING VACATED ON THE PROPERTY OF MOUNT CALVARY BAPTIST <br />CHURCH, 901 THOMAS CIRCLE, PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA" dated November <br />24, 1999, prepared by The TAF Group, a copy of said plat to be recorded with the <br />document of release. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City manager be, and he hereby is, authorized <br />to execute such other documents or plats as may be necessary to implement this resolution. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virgima, at a meeting held on January <br />11, 2000. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
