That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be observed by the applicant and may successor in interest: (a) The occupancy of the facility shall be limited to forty children. (b) Indoor hours of operation shall be limited to the hours between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (c) Outdoor play hours shall be limited to the hours between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m, (d) All drop off and pick up of children shall be limited to Arden Street. (e) The outdoor play area shall be enclosed with fencing that is at least four feet in height. (f) The applicant shall maintain at least-eight off-street parking spaces for the facility. (g) The center shall comply with the submitted floor plan and site plan. (h) The applicant shall provide an approved plan to store, handle and remove trash/garbage on-site. (i) The facility shall submit to all required inspections by the City's Fire Prevention Bureau, Public Health Department and Building Official and shall promptly correct any deficiencies noted. These shall include an initial inspection prior to commencing operation and annual inspections thereafler.
