R-01-75 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO DEDICATE TO THE <br />SCHOOL BOARD OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS <br />FIRE STATION #6 AND THOSE PROPERTIES BEING ACQUIRED BY THE CITY <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW BRIGHTON SCHOOL FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the City <br />Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and <br />appropriate to dedicate the use of Fire Station #6 and those properties acquired bythe City <br />pursuant to Resolution R-01-64 of the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, adopted on <br />September 25, 2001 for school purposes for so long as they are needed to the School Board of <br />the City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a meeting of the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, held on <br />November 13.2001. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
