That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be <br />observed by the applicants and any successor in interest: <br /> <br />(a) All employees of the family day home shall be full-time residents of the <br />home. <br /> <br />(b) The occupancy of the family day home may not exceed twelve (12) <br />children at any one time. <br /> <br />(c) The age range of the children shall be from newborn to twelve (12) years <br />of age. <br /> <br />(d) Indoor hours of operation shall be limited to the hours between 6:00 a.m. <br />and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. <br /> <br />(e) Outdoor play hours shall be limited to the hours between 8:00 a.m. and <br />6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />(f) The outdoor play area shall be enclosed with fencing that is at least six (6) <br />feet in height. <br /> <br />(g) The applicant shall maintain at least two (2) off-street parking spaces for <br />the family day home. <br /> <br />(h) No omstreet parking or on-street drop-off/pick up of children associated <br />with the family day home shall be permitted. <br /> <br />(i) The center shall comply with the submitted floor plan and site plan. <br /> <br /> (j) The applicant shall provide an approved plan to store, handle and remove <br />trash/garbage on-site. <br /> <br />(k) The center shall submit to all required inspections by the City's Fire <br />Prevention Bureau, Public Health Department and Building Official. <br /> <br />(l) The applicant shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances, and <br />regulations of federal, state and local governments and shall obtain and maintain all <br />necessary licenses and permits. <br /> <br /> <br />
