That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be <br />observed by the applicants and any successor in interest: <br /> <br />(a) Renovations shall be limited to one single-family unit above a commercial <br />ase. <br /> <br />(b) The applicants must provide to the City and have approved a plan to store, <br />handle, and remove trash and garbage at the site. <br /> <br />(c) All exterior renovations shall be submitted to the Downtown Design <br />Committee for review and approval. <br /> <br />(d) The applicant shall lease two parking spaces in the Middle Street garage or <br />other closer parking facility in order to accommodate the parking needs of <br />the dwelling unit. <br /> <br /> 4.
