That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) The Fire Marshall shall determine the occupancy of the building. At no <br /> time shall the occupancy exceed the determined occupancy load. <br /> <br /> (b) A site plan showing landscaping and parking shall be submitted and <br /> approved by the Director of Community Quality and Planning Services <br /> prior to commencement of operations at the site. <br /> <br /> (c) The facility shall submit to all required inspections by the City's Fire <br /> Prevention Bureau, Public Health Department and Building Official and <br /> shall correct all deficiencies cited. <br /> <br /> (d) The facility shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances and <br /> regulations of federal, state and local governments and shall obtain and <br /> maintain in effect all necessary licenses and permits. <br /> <br /> (e) Hours of operation will be limited to 7 a.m. to I0 p.m., Monday through <br /> Thursday, and 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday through Sunday. <br /> <br /> (f) All taxes and fees shall be paid when due. <br /> <br /> 4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may <br />serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City Council: <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at meeting held on January <br />23, 2001. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
