That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Use of the property shall be limited to a retail children's toy store with <br /> incidental food sales. <br /> <br />(b) The hours of operation shall be limited to 10:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m., <br /> Monday through Saturday, and 1:00 p.m. through 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. <br /> <br />(c) All signage and exterior renovations must be approved by the Downtown <br /> Design Committee prior to commencement of any work. <br /> <br />(d) The applicant shall develop a plan for trash storage, handling, and removal <br /> and shall submit the plan for approval to the Director of General Services. <br /> <br />(e) All taxes and fees in connection with the subject property and operation <br /> shall be paid when due. <br /> <br /> 4.
