thence south approximately 73 feet to a point; thence west <br />approximately 100 feet along the northern right-of-way line <br />of Alton Parkway to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />3. That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) No more than fifty people shall occupy the property at any one time. <br /> <br />(b) The hours of operation shall be limited to between 11:00 a.m. and 11:00 <br /> p.m. <br /> <br />(c) The structure shall be inspected annually by the City's Fire Prevention <br /> Bureau, Public Health Department, and Building Official, and the <br /> applicant shall promptly correct any deficiencies noted. <br /> <br />(d) The applicant and any successor in interest shall comply with all <br /> applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, state and local <br /> governments and shall obtain and maintain in effect all necessary licenses <br /> and permits. <br /> <br />(e) The applicant shall develop a plan for trash storage, handling, and removal <br /> and shall submit the plan for approval to the Director of General Services. <br /> <br />(f) All taxes and fees in connection with the subject property and operation <br /> shall be paid when due. <br /> <br /> 4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT.'
