That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Occupancy shall be limited to fifty people or to such smaller number as <br /> the Fire Marshall shall establish. <br /> <br />(b) The hours of operation shall be limited to between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 <br /> p.m. daily. <br /> <br />(c) The applicant shall develop a plan for trash storage, handling, and removal <br /> and shall submit the plan for approval to the Director of Parks, Recreation, <br /> and General Services prior to commencement of operations. <br /> <br />(d) The applicant and any successor in interest shall comply with all <br /> applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, state and local <br /> governments and shall obtain and maintain in effect all necessary licenses <br /> and permits. <br /> <br />(e) All taxes and fees in connection with the subject property and operation <br /> shall be paid when due. <br /> <br /> 4.
