25. Resolution expressing concern of City Council that the General Revenue Sharing Program has not <br /> been re-enacted by Congress of the United States and reaffirming the City Council's request that <br /> General Revenue Sharing be re-enacted <br /> <br />26. Resolution acknowledging designation of Frederick Campus of Tidewater Community College to <br /> serve the City of Portsmouth; commit the City to pay certain costs of extending sewer facilities <br /> thereto <br /> <br />27. Resolution authorizing the issuance of $1,128,243 of bonds to be known as General Obligation <br /> Bonds for purpose of education, parks and recreation, streets and highways and drainage <br /> improvements <br /> <br />28.
